ORDERING:
- Please send order (just a copy banknotes description from our list) with your address by e-mail ats@atsnotes.com for pro-forma invoice.
- We will reserve available banknotes for 5 days and e-mail you pro-forma invoice.
- Upon receiving payment we will send the reserved banknotes.
CONDITIONS OF SALES:
- All prices are in US dollars.
- Banknotes are attributed to last glossary, grading etc. -Pick's catalogue and graded according to Pick's standards.
- Return privilege within 10 days of receipt for full refund, except s&h (shipping and handling).
SHIPPING and HANDLING, s&h:
- Registered s&h, (include coverage for loss or damage by ATSnotes)
- to low risk countries like Canada, USA, E.U., Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand etc is 20$ for value up to 100$, plus extra 2$ for every additional 100$ of value
- to all high risk countries like: India, Indonesia, Middle East, Latin America, Africa, Russia, China etc. is 20$ for value up to 100$, plus extra 10$ for every additional 100$ of value.
- Unregistered s&h, unregistered mail is on purchaser's risk:
- Unregistered s&h to all low risk countries is 5$. Items with value over 100$ we send only by registered mail.
- We do not send orders by unregistered mail to high risk countries.
FORM OF PAYMENT:
- US customers:
- Personal check or any domestic Money Order.
- Transfer in $US to our bank account, please add 15$US for our bank fee.
- Canadian customers:
- Payment in US dollars or equivalent in Canadian dollars.
- Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia residents, please add 13% for HST.
- British Colombia residents please add 12% for HST.
- All other Canadian residents please add 5% for GST.
- Personal check or any domestic Money Order.
- Direct deposit to our Bank of Montreal account.
- All overseas customers:
- Money Order (Bank, Post, financial institutions etc.) in $US drawn in US or Canada.
- Travelers Check in $US (double signed and payable to: Tom Sluszkiewicz).
- Money transfer in Canadian dollars equivalent using Western Union or
MoneyGram (only equivalent in Canadian funds, please write and we will prepare invoice)
- Transfer in $US to our bank account, please add 15$US for our bank fee.
- Credit Card payment by PayPal in $ Canadian equivalent
- internet on line payment by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) in $ Canadian equivalent using PayPal.
For PayPal payment please add 10% and convert to $ Canadian. All our prices are with 10% discount for cash, check or transfer US funds payments. Please e-mail what kind of shipping you prefer (by regular or register letter) and we will prepare PayPal invoice in $ Canadian.
Due to PayPal requirement of proof of shipping, all items over 50$ value paid by PayPal we send only by register s&h.
